Mix a half cup of yogurt with two tablespoons white wine, pour over your salad. Find the hardest most expensive salami you can get and cut in tinier pieces than the cheese. Arrange on top. Put a sprig of parsley on your guests plate, if you have a guest. Serve with white wine.
